call
2) Work to resolve issues by providing accurate information to all the
customers according to their needs
3) Help t0 drive sales products and services that will keep them happy and
connected
4) Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the
right questions
5) Position product insights solutions recommendations to provide customers
with a complete top solutions

Mandatory Requirements
– Conversational English Level (B2 or above).
– High School diploma GED or equivalent.
– 6 months of stable experience in call center.
– Willingness to work on Site (north  CDMX).
– Schedule Availbality.
– Willingness to complete and pass a background check verification.
– Experience promoting and selling products and services.
– Experience resolving customers issue and billing.
– Customers services experience.
– Demonstrated experience communicating with Customers to find solutions.
