Job Title :  Microsoft Dynamics Product Support Engineer

Job Description:

As a Product Support Engineer you will represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technical/Product/Business complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics products and manage relationships with those customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to take Technical/Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
• Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.
• Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution
• Define and understand the customer issue by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.
• Research, troubleshoot, develop and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
• Act as the L2/L3 (Level-2/Level-3) support to solve the customer issue
• Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.
• Produce quality documentation.

Required/Minimum Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ Years relevant experience as Technical/Functional Consultant OR Engineer
• Engineering or master’s degree in computer science/information technology (IT) or equivalent
• Relevant product Certifications from Microsoft
• Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).
• Should be willing/flexible to work in shifts and weekends.

• MS Dynamics 365 – F&O – Technical Engineer/Consultant
• Good knowledge in Dynamics 365 F&O Functionality Overview
• Good knowledge in Azure cloud services, LCS and SQL Queries
• Good Development Skills (X++, .NET)
• Strong experience in Customization and Configuration
• Strong knowledge Data Migration and Power Platform Integration
• Good experience with Security and Role-based Access Control

• MS Dynamics 365 – F&O – Finance Functional Engineer/Consultant
• Hands on experience with Finance Modules & Configuration and Customization
• Strong knowledge in Localizations, Compliance and Regulatory Standards
• Strong working Knowledge in all business scenarios of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Good Knowledge in Budgeting, Forecasting & Fixed Asset Management

• MS Dynamics 365 – SCM Functional Engineer/Consultant
• Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Business Processes
• Excellent Dynamics 365 product knowledge/Experience in Inventory Management, Sales Order Processing, Procurement & Sourcing
• Good Knowledge Manufacturing and production control, Master planning, WHM & AWHM
• Good in SQL Queries

• MS Dynamics 365 – Retail/Commerce Functional Engineer/Consultant
• Hands-on experience in POS Configuration and Customization
• Excellent knowledge in in below Functional/business areas
• Retail Channel Integration
• Omnichannel Customer Experience
• Commerce Data Modeling, Order Fulfilment and Processing
• Inventory Management, Payment Processing and Integration
• Good in SQL Queries

• MS Dynamics 365 – CE – Technical Engineer/Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM entities, MS Dynamics administration, workflows, configuration (including UI / form development/web + unified client interface), security, reporting / dashboards, migration, custom development (including Unified Service Desk), Omnichannel, web resources, data integrations, and CRM solution file management.
• Good in SQL Queries

• MS Dynamics 365 – CE – Functional Engineer/Consultant
• Strong experience of Business process in Sales, Marketing , Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations
• Experience with integration tools and methods to connect D365 CE with other systems – Good with Power platform integration
• Azure infra, Windows Admin knowledge will be a Plus
• Good in SQL Queries
