Role: Accessibility Tester
Anywhere in Mexico – 100% Remote
Contract - 12 months
JD / ROLE:
- Testing all digital content against digital accessibility standards – set out by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- To determine if it is usable for people with disabilities, many of whom use assistive technology.
- QA Tester, who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the Google internal products.
- A flexible resource, working with different teams across multiple projects and platforms (Desktop browsers, iOS & Android Devices).
- Testing the content on various browsers, different mobile devices,updating the end results in the client provided tool using assistive technology
- As part of the QA team, it is expected that they will execute use cases, log bugs, track progress, and verify the resolutions of issues written.
- Help the leadership team to prepare and extract metric, track the issues filed, review and update test cases
- Very good experience in Browser developer tools, debug logs, ADB commands.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong Experience in Accessibility Testing,WCAG guidelines
- Direct previous experience with testing websites and apps to ensure conformance to WCAG 2.0 / 2.1
- Experience testing assistive technologies using iOS & Android devices
- Thorough understanding of W3C standards-compliant HTML and CSS
- Experience using Web Accessibility Evaluation Tools
- Experience in working with assistive technology for accessibility testing (e.g. JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (OSX & iOS), and Android Talkback)
- Knowledge of Deque tools (aXe, Assure/Comply or Worldspace) preferred
- Knowledge of using ChromeVox, Voice over and other assistive tools preferred
- Experience in testing Mobile apps for accessibility
- Experience in creating test strategy and test plans
- Experience in creating documents and writing good bug reports
- Understanding of compatibility with various platforms and limitations of use
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and iOS/Android development best practices (Does not need to be a developer but should be able to research and recommend solutions in these various technologies in collaboration with developers)
- Thorough, methodical, and creative with extreme attention to detail
- Expert at time management and able to work with minimal supervision

Position: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico – Remote
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
Required Skills: “AWS, Python/Pyspark, S3, Athena, Airflow, Redshift, Snowflake”
Minimum 8+years of experience profiles required
Essential skills for the role
· Experience in AWS Services (like EMR, EC2, S3, Athena, Lambda, Redshift) and Pyspark
· Experience working in a fully CI/CD managed environment. Tools such as git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Code Commit, Bamboo or similar
· Excellent SQL coding skills
· Excellent Data Modelling skills (RDBMS concepts, Normalization, dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schema etc.)
· Experience in scripting using Python, Unix etc.,
· Hands on experience with an orchestration capability is critical. Airflow is the preferred tool, but similar will be considered
· Experience of working with a range of BI & analytics architectures. These may include traditional data warehousing, visualization, analytics
· Experience and familiarity with data modelling (entity relationship diagrams, conceptual models, logical models, star schemas, third normal form).
· Experience of delivering data & analytics solutions using different delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
· Familiar with one or more data visualization tools (Microstrategy and/or Power BI)
· Complex problem-solving capability and ever improvement approach.
· Must be analytic, creative and self-motivated.
· Willing to work in a cross-cultural environment
· Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team to achieve objectives.
· Excellent communication & documentation skills
· Eager to learn and develop new tech skills as required
· It is desirable and good to have below listed skills & experience in relevant areas
· Domain knowledge (processes & data): Pharma Compliance, Regulatory Reporting etc.
· Working knowledge of Snaplogic, Databricks and Snowflake
· Stakeholders Engagement
· Good Story telling capability

· Proficient in communicating with the business stakeholders
· ITSM knowledge preferred
